I’ve been trying to contact any type of authority with this company and looks like everyone off for the holidays. Have a battery I purchased in September and when I purchased both other for my card I was told to just bring it in and I will get taken care of. Well the battery is dead and I went in to get it exchanged for another since I’m driving out for the holidays and guess what, sorry we can’t exchange it cause it just needs charging.
