Huge thanks to Tony at Advance Auto Parts in Helotes. I came in with battery issues, and he immediately found the problem — loose connections. He tightened the terminals, cleaned everything, and tested the battery to confirm it was good to go. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Thank you Tony!

Juan was amazing. I went in looking for lug nuts for my F-150 since the OEM ones tend to swell, and I wanted to replace them. They had several color options, and I wasn’t sure which ones to go with. Juan actually came outside with me and brought two different sets so we could see which matched better. It was a super warm and easy experience, great attitude goes a long way. Thanks, Juan!

After buying a new battery for a zero turn mower they said they would not give me any credit for turning in the old battery. In addition they said they would pay $10 for a group 24 car battery that I had to turn in. After watching the employee attempt to get the computer to provide the $10 credit he said I would have to come back another time with the battery. I walked out with the battery and vowed to never shop at Advanced Auto ever again.
