Super helpful employee, Ryan, on a sleepy Sunday morning. I witnessed the staffer being very helpful and patient with an older woman who did not know all the exact details of her vehicle and the staffer suggested what was and was not not an important distinction for the battery that she was about to buy. He went through (and over) all the options, without pushing any particular one. I feel that customer went away happy and well served.
