I was in a bind and needed help tying something down from a purchase made off of Facebook Marketplace to get back to Akron. The "old" new manager as he called himself, went above and beyond to help me. I wish there were more people like him in this world!
Glen (rhino) helped me look up what windshield wipers I needed and offered to put them on for me. I was so relieved because I didn't know how to put them on. He was extremely nice and he's a great person and representation to be working in your store! Thanks Glen!
Glenn the salesman went above and beyond to help me find some lug studs for my car. He was pleasant to speak with and pick up was so easy. The manager Glen was very kind and helpful when greeting us as we walked in. He made a good pick up experience for us when we ordered coolant. We miss the Thursday car shows! Hope to see them back again soon!
Lifetime warranty stabilizer link. Manager says no warranty because it’s wear item don’t make any sense lifetime warranty, but it’s wear item. .. makes noise not covered under warranty ??????
