Brought a battery in for testing and they said it was bad when it was not in fact bad, Then proceeded to sell me a battery they marked up above retail. Thankfully I was able to call corporate and get it returned and even got my old battery (THAT WAS NOT BAD) back. Be careful who you trust nowadays.... Just because they work there DOES NOT mean they know what they are doing.

Would like to give a 'High Five' to the nice young man and woman that helped me today at this store. I had to leave O'reilly's out of frustration of having to wait to get help from the one and only person that was working there. These two ask me how could they help me as I walked through the door!!!! Unheard of courtesy and respect these days at a business. Well done Advance Auto Parts. I will be back.
