I order a fan blade for a Ford van. After paying for it, paying for shipping, and waiting two weeks it comes in. However, when it does come in it is the wrong part. The manager guys says "oopps human error". After a discussion about that he refunds my money put charges me shipping. How in the world do you charge someone for shipping on a wrong part that they assured you was correct and you can't use? Will never go back to this place or any other Advanced.
