My car battery died at the QT located directly next door to you. A man working behind the counter watched me walk in and ignored me. I said "Hey" he mumbled "be with you in a min". Then proceeds to walk 2 registers over and ask to help me. I told him my problem & that I was right next door. He said its against policy to help since we weren't in the parking lot. He wouldn't help my 70 yr old Aunt & I get my car to their parking lot either. I can understand if I was down the road but right next door? Come on! I wasn't asking f... read more
