Mike was a big help, over the phone and in person helping me fine the right parts to get my truck back up and running!!
Shout out to Mike who took care of installing my new battery in less than 20 min from the time I pulled up to the time I left. He was so kind to accommodate me with speedy service since I had a pet in the car who needed air-conditioning as soon as possible. He was very polite and kind and very helpful with all of my questions. I really appreciate him and would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
My plans went out the window today when I tried to leave only to find I had a dead battery. I got a jump start then contacted AAP 918 Bandera and was happy to hear they had the right battery in stock. Gonzalo quickly removed the old one and installed the new one so I could continue with my day. I'm very grateful for such good customer service and assistance. It made the whole experience much easier.
