Great service and they were extremely helpful
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. I arrived with a small transfer load from a closed warehouse, literally only three items (a forklift, a floor scrubber, and a pallet). As you can see from the photos, it’s a 5-minute unload that takes up a tiny fraction of the trailer. Despite the simplicity of the task, the manager, "AJ," was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to be flexible, forcing a 3.5-hour wait for a 1:30 PM appointment.
