RecommendedStaff was super helpful to me today. Battery was dead. They worked couple hours trying to get it going. Men were helpful and went above and beyond what most people would have done.
I have been to this store twice, and both times, the employees were so helpful. They truly cared about what was best for me as the customer, and the first time, recommended that nothing be done yet. It's nice to find a place that you can trust.
Went to Advance Auto. No other customers in the store, three employees behind the counter. I ask if I bought the headlight there for my Kia Soul if they could install it. No, they said it was a liability. I drove 9 miles down the road to Oreilly's. Two employees in the store and two other customers. They took the 5 minutes it took to install my headlight. Thank you Orielly's.
