I would like to leave a stellar review for Jorge I believe C was the initial of his last name. jorge really know how to talk to people and goes above and beyond to help out the customers. This man deserves a raise. Thanks so much Jorge for all your help. Keep up the good work. I think you should be the trainer for all employees.
Customer service sucks, I called 4 times and was put on hold and hung up on. When I finally got through i told the guy I'll be there before 8, he said no they close soon to come by tomorrow. I mean wow how hard can it be to pull a part.
Andrew W. at Advance Auto Parts (16209 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33618, Store 9567) was very helpful to me in regard to a windshield wiper that I was having trouble installing. He installed it very quickly for free, and he was very professional in his demeanor.
I’m writing this review because I got taken such good care of by Chris! He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Give this man a raise! Because of him, I will be returning many times for the time being. Thank you Chris! :)
