P�sima atencion Poor service and gender discrimination; they show no respect and mock people. I do not recommend this place. They don't treat customers well—on top of that, they make you wait and ignore you to avoid serving you.
Excellent experience yesterday. I bought a battery online, when I got to the store it was ready right away, and the gentleman changed it for me despite that it was raining. The overall price was less than Walmart. At the end, without asking, about an hour later, I got a return of $22 on my debit card for giving them my old battery. Not that where you buy new car parts matters that much, but this place is a good one.
Special thank you to Courtney for her quick battery diagnostic and install of a new one. She did a speedy job despite all of the new “vehicle technology” that these cars contain and can be cumbersome for an install.
Jose helped me with my battery today. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate his customer service. My first time at this store, and he made the experience great.
