I've gone to this Advance for many years. Recently, I had them test my starter and they said it was fully functional. 3 weeks after troubleshooting, I had it towed to my mechanic who told me my starter was bad. This cost me time and money in tow fees because they don't train their employees properly. I will never go to an Advance again, nor will I recommend them. In fact, I will do the opposite and advise people to go anywhere else.

I went into Advanced auto parts because my car was intermittently not starting. The employee tested the battery and even though I could see it said on the device “cracking power good” the employee insisted I needed a new battery. So I purchased one, 3 days later I still have the same issue and I took it to my mechanic and said it was never the battery but the starter.
