I bought a starter from Advance Auto I Conover. I decided to sell the car there for I didn't need the starter. I took the starter back unused with receipt they refused to reimburse my money. That was 180.00 dollars. There's no reason for them not to reimburse my money. Now I have a Saturn starter and can't use it. But wait that was the second starter I got. I had to take my sons Scion in for a battery when I got there they checked it and of course it wouldn't start. They didn't have a battery in stock so the manager sent one of the assiciates to the othet store yo get one. I had to wait but was very satisfied with the service.
They got all the knowledge one needs to keep a vehicle running factory good!
Management has no idea what they are doing to employees....They take you down to 5 hrs a week and the completely off the schedule...didnt quit or get fired.
On parts they are really good, I called for a Radiator, it was in stock and service was excellent, they have it ready for me when I went to pick it up. Thank you Advance.
