Don't know his name but the young guy with long red hair has no customer skills. A guy earlier in the day gave me the wrong spark plugs, no big deal the computer was wrong. I took them back for the long red hair guy to start arguing with me about them not being the wrong ones. I pulled the spark plug that came out of it out of my pocket and sat it on the counter.
