Super experience with EJ today. Called and asked for wiper blades for my tesla model X. EJ said he might have something that works with an adapter. Arrived, EJ helped me try to fit the blade, didn't work. Then he noticed my current v Blade had a sheath/cover that was prohibiting successful operation. Extremely helpful and over the top professionalism. Didn't make the sale this time, but earned a customer in the future. THANKS EJ for a great experience and showing what customer service is all about!
The crew here is helpful, polite, and personable. We’ve had genuine conversations about our vehicles and maintenance with four different employees. They are helpful about getting parts in for you that they’ll then call you to let you know you can put them in your online cart and check out to pick up in store so you can get the discount that might be available only by ordering online.
