I went to the Barnum Ave branch in Stratford Connecticut to buy a battery for my car. The sales lady wouldn’t sell me the lower price battery that is recommended for my vehicle. She also told me that Advance Auto does not install batteries. So, I got exactly what I wanted at Autozone and they installed it for free. I will be shopping there for now on.
I just went to advance Auto parts in Stratford CT for a quote on my brother 's truck parts and Reggy at the desk told me I have to wait for him to help customer first with no one in the store beside me ,I then asked him if I am not a customer no answer there!!!!so I went across the street to autozone where they gave me a quote on those parts with a good customer assistance. when ever iam ready to pay for them parts I will surely go back to AutoZone or O'Reilly .
