I bought a set of windshield wipers a couple of months ago, I went ahead and bout a pricier ser to help with see’n, I have a really hard time see’n at nite especially when it is raining! a couple of weeks ago the passenger side wiper fell off, i went back and got it and put it back on, i do not much about autos, it was doing the skippy thing across the shield so tonite, i stopped in to see if it could be checked, a very nice young man, HANK, came and helped me, he was so nice and polite! wouldn't make good on a warranty for a $20 part.......just enough for me to take my business elsewhere...never again. I will buy my parts from Rock Auto for now on....you can save 40-60% off from Advanced Auto`s prices anyway.
