I went into this store for the first time with intending to do an exchange. However the product I wanted they didn't have. David was the person that performed the refund he walked away to get the refund approved by the person who greeted me as I entered the store. He stated" the next time you have a refund come to the counter first" I asked why he then implied that I could have done something because he wasn't paying attention when I walked in.
