Jacob is always helpful and professional. Ramone was quick to offer help. All the workers are very attentive to customers. You can tell they care.

Ramon R at the Locust, NC #06695 store was fantastic, friendly, and personable. He ran diagnostics on my battery and cleaned the corrosion off the terminals when I stopped in yesterday. I wanted to see if the corrosion was the issue so I decided to wait a day on the battery. I stopped in today for the battery. Ramon was with another customer so the other, older gentleman asked what I needed. I explained I needed a new battery but wanted to run diagnostics again to make sure it was the battery.
