Stopped in to get a coil for my daughter's car... I have to preface this with "I am not a mechanic" but Josh went above and beyond to make sure I had the right parts and information to fix my daughter's car. Thank you for the amazing customer service and patience. I will definitely be making this my permanent parts store!
I cannot rave enough about my experience. Came in to get my battery replaced and Josh gave me 5 star service. He even took the time to replace my connection piece, which he didn't have to do. I will be back and if you go ask for Josh!

The staff at this location failed to warranty a battery, despite it being labeled a "distributed by advance auto". Staff refused to look at or test the battery because it was slightly drizzling. They referred me to customer service because they couldn't locate my purchase in their system, customer service also failed to locate it. Luckily for me not all advance auto employees are ineffective. I took it to the Princess Anne location.
