The free installation of the most high-end windshield wipers from your store was a big disappointment. Not only did the tech fail to remove the plastic covers, this lack of understanding of basic installation damaged my windshield with scratches. What's the process for getting my windshield replaced for this lack of staff attention to detail? I drove home today in a driving rain and couldn't see much of anything a big safety issue.
