Went to the S. Battlefield Blvd location to get a test for one of three suggested issues for an auto start problem. They were busy, but a representative named Taryn did not hesitate to haul out the equipment to test under the hood. She showed us the results and explained what the indicators meant. It was determined the battery was toast, causing the issue.
