If I could g8ve this place a half a star I would. I had to order a part from this location....122 plus miles away from.... so I drove from Savannah, GA to Jacksonville to get it. I paid for it online to make sure I secured it and got to the door 5 MINUTES before their closing time.... (keep in mind i had a 2hr drive through rush hour with wild fire traffic included) I get there and I had one employee riding up on his e bike saying they're closed.... i exclaimed it's 5 minutes until their closing time.... Carl was so so helpful and went out of his way to help us! He was very kind and answered all of our questions and got me a chair to sit on while waiting!
On 070626 at 10:00 customer service is ridiculous he couldn't make time for me what I was asking about a cell he acted like I knew everything and then I took a picture of it and couldn't even come over to me and help me and it was like no it's only that! Make me feel like a piece of crap! I didn't get his name what is whatever I would never recommend anybody going there! Made me feel very small and I am not welcome there!
Very big help, also knew the local chevy dealership mechanic by name for an oem part, turns out we didnt need it. But we did use what they had in stock. And im usually an autozone fan, lol.
