Excellent customer service! We had a bad experience at the Gloucester location. Not being greeted or helped even though there were 3 employees without customers. Made the drive down to Hayes and will only be shopping at this location from now on. They are truly there to serve the customer. Took a lot of stress about working on our car away. Great experience!

I come here usually 5 days a week. The staff is really nice and helpful.
Usually great service. I watched you lock the door when I was feet away as I walked up to buy a bulb at 8:56pm. I said I need one minute to grab a bulb and you said "sorry....closed". Maybe you should change your closing time to 8:55....your sign and website both say 9:00.
