Absolutely horrible service I’m a speed perks member and I was completely profiled and treated like a crook for asking to use the scan tool to check my vehicle never again am I shopping at any Advanced Auto Parts I also received a military discount at the Emerson store for being a vet. Sad that the service is crap and the store is dirty I’ll be shopping at Orileys right down the street oh also you might want to remove the trashcan that is clearly blocking the exit to the main store I’m pretty sure that’s a fire code violatio... read more

I love when I expect bad service and somebody does a complete 360! Leo restored my faith in humanity!
I had a bad experience @ O'reilly Auto Parts. Went in stood in front of desk for help and NOT ONE single person in that place acknowledged me. As a matter of fact they helped out someone else that I guess was there buddy and offered him assistance. I put my things down walked out the door and went to Advance Auto Parts a little further down from where I live. They acknowledged me right as soon as I walked right through the doors. I was angry when I got there, but their acknowledgement totally turned my frown to a huge smile.... read more
