This as been the worst experience I've ever had at a part store and Damien does not care about customers or even veterans. I WILL NEVER AGAIN SHOP THAT THIS STORE!!!
Three times I've been in here recently and three times they've told me to go to auto zone up the road. They don't even attempt to help you look for things anymore. They just tell you to go to AutoZone, so ya know what, half a mile up beach is AutoZone and that's where I'll be taking my business. It's apperant that the staff cannot be bothered to do their jobs. I purchased a battery with a 3 year warranty. I went to this location because my battery wouldn't start. The technician (he claimed that his name was Melvin) told me that he was not allowed to test or change my battery after dark due to safety concerns. I asked if they do not consider their female customers safety after dark, and his manager walked up with a very nasty attitude and said that's their policy.
