I recently got seat covers for my car as a gift from this location on Valentine’s Day a couple days ago they don’t fit my car and unfortunately, I did not have the receipt so I went to do an exchange or see what can be done and the older man refused to help me at all. Take the 5 extra minutes to drive to the Beach Blvd location (or any other location) Came to pick up a part ordered at another location, arrived to a very ill tempered older male employee smoking cigarettes in the doorway. As I entered the building and made my way to the aisle I needed, he asked in a very discourteous manner what I was here for. Needed wind shield wipers replaced, another big chain told me I needed to go to a dealership ( note its 33 degrees out side) I stopped at Advance Auto and was helped right away with many options by Michelle and Phil came to do the install ! Super nice team and i will only be going here from here on out !
Phil helped me out tremendously! I needed a new battery for my 23 GMC YUKON. Phil’s customer service is out of this world! He is an asset to this store! As our vehicles become more complex the knowledge of how to change simple things becomes priceless. I thank Advance and more specifically Phil!!
