RecommendedShout out to the guys working the noon shift today at store #9289 at 11633 San Jose Blvd. I'm always greeted when I walk in the door and get the best customer service at this location. The guys today had great manners, were very professional and having fun all at the same time...that is nice to see. Keep up the great work and thank you for taking care of my car battery so that I don't end up stranded somewhere! :)
today at 1000 am I had to deal with Cedric the manager about a replacement Master cylinder that was leaking.....this is the second Master cylinder that I replaced after the first one would not prime. Cedric is the person I had to deal with on the second replacement. This person is rude and has very little Manager skills. I have dealt with this store since 1980 and If he continues to manage this store I will deal with some one else......until he is replaced. bought a fan belt there an it was wrong size took it back the next day for exchange was told the belt was used an not returnable if the belt fit why would i return it? did this guy call me a crook? this store is a rip off ill never shop there again
I went into Advance Auto Parts on San Jose Blvd to say that I was having a problem with a windshield wiper that I bought there. Had they told me that it was too old to be replaced with no cost I would have said fine, because I couldn't remember when I bought them. However they told me that I didn't get the wipers at Advance even though I clearly remember doing so.
