Quick service. Very helpful answering my questions
Not very positive
Advanced always does good. They usually have the parts others don't. Price is about the same across the board. My only issue with them is the way they go about returning or exchanging parts. You have to go to the same store you got it from originally. That's a huge inconvenience.
I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Arielle. She checked my battery, confirmed it needed replacing, and handled it quickly and professionally. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
