I went in there around 3pm today to return my battery for the core charge. I was not sure which store it was purchased from. Once help was finally offered the associate was discourteous and treated me like I had inconvenienced her by requesting service. I was very offended by the whole situation and I hope that your company can resolve this matter so other customers are not treated this way in the future.
