I am not from the area and found myself with a dead car battery. James was very helpful and quick so I could get back to work. And I really appreciated his friendly deameanor. I highly recommend this business.
I first want to say if you need automotive parts you should go to this store. Not only did i fingld the prices to be cheaper that their competitors. I first ordered a brake kit from Amazon, then i priced the same parts at Advanced Auto and come to find out Advanced Auto was cheaper so I returned the parts to Amazon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went to Advance Auto Parts for brakes and rotors, and the team was unbelievably helpful from start to finish. Not only did they have everything I needed, but they even carried everything out to the car for me. A couple of things ended up being more of a headache than expected, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The service here is truly fantastic — friendly, professional, and customer-focused. Highly recommend!
Can not say enough great things about this store and inparticular James who helped me when help was definitely needed! Walking in to the store I had an idea of what I should get but also was a bit lost and stubborn to ask for help. James approached me and offored help. He explained what I needed, was very knowledgeable and walked me through the correct way to do what needed to be done without making me feel stupid.
