Very disappointed with the service at this location. The employees were extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. They seemed to have very little knowledge about their own policies and could not provide clear or consistent information. What made the experience even worse was the way I was treated. I felt that I was treated differently because of my race, and the interaction came across as discriminatory. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect regardless of their background. My 68 year old wife went to get a battery and asked if they could install it, the clerk said no problem and then someone else yelled and said they were not installing any batteries. Could have been nice and explained for whatever reason they just were not able to do it. Instead, he was loud and rude. Too many places to get a battery in this town without the bad attitude. Never going back.

Went to get a specific car cleaner for interior cleaning. Also wanted to see if they carried a good cell phone holder for cars. The clerk is very knowledgeable and was very honest with me about deciding on whether or not to purchase a cell phone car accessory. If he's working, I would definitely go back if I need advice on a product.

I am really frustrated after my last visit to this shop. I went in specifically looking for a simple part that their website claimed was in stock, but when I arrived, the shelves were empty and nobody could tell me when they might get more. It felt like a huge waste of my time because the staff seemed completely unbothered that I had driven all the way there for nothing. I honestly expected a much smoother experience, and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on to avoid the headache.
