My 68 year old wife went to get a battery and asked if they could install it, the clerk said no problem and then someone else yelled and said they were not installing any batteries. Could have been nice and explained for whatever reason they just were not able to do it. Instead, he was loud and rude. Too many places to get a battery in this town without the bad attitude. Never going back.
Went to get a specific car cleaner for interior cleaning. Also wanted to see if they carried a good cell phone holder for cars. The clerk is very knowledgeable and was very honest with me about deciding on whether or not to purchase a cell phone car accessory. If he's working, I would definitely go back if I need advice on a product.
I am really frustrated after my last visit to this shop. I went in specifically looking for a simple part that their website claimed was in stock, but when I arrived, the shelves were empty and nobody could tell me when they might get more. It felt like a huge waste of my time because the staff seemed completely unbothered that I had driven all the way there for nothing. I honestly expected a much smoother experience, and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on to avoid the headache.
Adrian was a literal legend!!! I was having trouble locating my battery reciept to replace my old battery, he went above and beyond for me! 10000/10 from Adrian!
They have a variety of parts at comparable process and sometimes they have stuff the others don't carry
