I had a great experience with Rafael! He was extremely attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He even went above and beyond by stepping outside the store to help me figure out whether the issue was with my headlights or the bulbs themselves. Since it was nighttime, he even offered me a flashlight to make things easier. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that extra step to help a customer. Rafael truly made me feel that he cares about his customers and takes pride in providing excellent service. Thank you, Rafael... read more
Today I received truly outstanding service from Angel. I came in for a bulb for my brake light & He came out to look at my car and took the time to figure out what I needed. Employees like Angel are the reason I’ll keep coming back.
Angel is the best! Super nice guy and very helpful always!
