Friendly staff
I’m very disappointed with my recent visit to Advance Auto Parts. I came in simply asking for a Honda Civic cam plug, and one of the employees treated me with unnecessary rudeness. Instead of helping, she acted as if I didn’t know what I was talking about and made dismissive gestures that were completely unprofessional. I understand everyone can have a busy day, but customers deserve respect and basic courtesy. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just assistance with a part. Staff was super nice and helpful in finding and ordering in my parts within the same day. I went in at 11am and had my parts by 2pm same day.
Easy to use, products are grouped well, easy to find your item and personnel are friendly and helpful
