Would give a lower rating if I could. I needed a battery replacement on my truck and as soon as I arrived I could tell this was not going to be a good experience. I went there because my battery was still under warranty. However the discontinued the model I have so the warrant didn’t matter. Ok, fine whatever. I buy a new battery and it was then they tell me that can’t replace it because of a fuse box. I get policy but this should’ve been disclosed first. Thanks for wasting my time.

I'm down from Wisconsin and was having issues. 2 days of in store help The people here were so so helpful and nice and very concerned about me and my vehicle being broke down in this heat. I would 10/10 recommend this team!! Thank you to Managment and team I don't know what I would have done being so far from home.

Customer service e was non existent! Asked where an item was and the last just said "it should be over there ". No attempt to hekp find what I needed or even move from the spot she was in. The prices are always higher than competitors. I will not be back. I recommend traveling about a tenth of a mile further and visiting their local competitors.

Went in there to dump some oil and look for a fusible link and ended up having a argument with an employee named Dwayne, a no, it all harley rider that thinks he's got the fastest bike in the city definitely wouldn't go in there again, i'll for sure take my business elsewhere.
