These people are thieves. I purchased a battery online to be picked up in store under the impression of when I got there, they would test my battery and alternator to make sure that is what I needed. Some technicality inhibited then from testing it due to what kind of car I had. Well low and behold, I didn't need a battery. They refuse to take it back.
