I like NAPA stores over the other choices for quality and selection, but this specific NAPA store has lost my business based on their poor service alone. First of all they re quite slow, 2nd there s no order of who gets help first. I was in the store twice on 5-11-13 and both times the staff just helps the first person they see, making no attempt at asking may I help the next person in line . Pudgy, mustached counter guy rude and grumpy from the very beginning, He picked the wrong part from a box of mixed parts, then quick to blame me for it as he took his time dragging his lazy butt to the back. I asked another guy if he was having a bad day, The guy said, "We all are.."I walked out and went to Schucks. Better service and attitudes there.

The referral Didn't have an air filter for my Honda Ridgeline, but referred me to another store of their's that had it. A little expensive though. Store seems a bit small and dull looking. People working there seem to be of the Vantucky type.
Mike is great, if you get him you will not be disappointed.
