Orders are never ready on time within the hour time frame, and I've had multiple instances of being given the wrong part or them waiting until I get to the store to tell me the part wasn't available. Screw this place big time, used to be good years ago but save your time and money and go elsewhere.
We were visiting in the area when our Honda CRV’s check engine light started flashing. They read the code & were able to direct us to a shop that was open on a Sunday afternoon that would be able to help. Their suggestion was helpful & honest. We were able to make it the 5 1/2 hours home. Without their assistance it could have been very costly.

Was shorted $22 battery core when I returned my purchase. Has to go back 3 times, wait 40 minutes for a “manager” to get off a conference call to help me.. employees were useless. Drive a mile up the road to O’Reilly’s. Avoid this location!
