Do not buy any thing from them becoz they can not help you how to use it. Very rude staff. Autozone service is much better. They walked to my car and helped with instructions

I had a dead battery and fortunately it was under warranty. I had the pleasure of having Ashley.and Caitlyn (who was training) Wait on me, answer all my questions, and patiently replaced my battery. Including Shelby, the manager, Everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. Thank you so much! I will be back. (But not for a battery anytime soon:)

Advanced auto .... a lot more low key they have great staff that make sure they ask as many questions as they can to get the help you need. I have always had a good experience here and the store has been easy to find stuff because it is all clean and very organized. Some of the cashiers will walk outside with you to take a look at your vehicle even. It had been a wonderful few years with these guys at the store. Never a real long wait to cash out. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgable staff. I've had good experiences every time I've been there. They go above and beyond. On 7/23/26 I went to get a low beam HID bulb for my Volvo and Sierra helped me not only confirm the correct one, but helped me install it. That's the kind of customer service that makes me choose a store over any of the competitors and return. Thanks Sierra!
