I have never had a consistently good customer experience as I have with Jay. Every single time I have come in he has been there to help me with a multitude of issues!
No one in the store to help customers. Store is open with one employee in the parking lot helping another customer. No one inside to help with anything.
Eric provided me with a battery set up by a dealer and the tools to install it. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Great job!
