I left Lifetime on Friday night and discovered I had a flat! I stopped in to see if someone knew how to unlatch my jack from my Kia Sorrento(it felt fused to the car, no visible way to unlatch it). Your staff were much obliged to assist and even helped me put on the spare. Perfect gentlemen! They both need a raise!
I had to say that I was shocked when I walked into the store and was not greeted by either one of the sales clerks. One of them was just visiting with a mechanic for about 15 minutes while I waited to make my purchase the other was helping someone and never looked up and said anything even though I was standing right next to them. We finally put our items away and left. NEVER GOING BACK.
Very accommodating. Friendly staff. Never too busy to help.
