I was told that I can not throw away trash, an empty bottle, in their trash can because it once contained oil in it and is now empty. What kind of crazy think is that? Also, when I questioned the guy as to why he called me a "Jerk" and said "I can go elsewhere from now on". My guess is he is too lazy to empty the trash. Well that is just fine I will take my personal and auto shops business straight over to O'Reilly's. They have better parts and customer service anyway good bye and good riddance.
I pulled in to the lot with a shredded wiper blade a few days ago, and by the time I walked into the store, the manager was standing there holding the replacement blade I needed in the correct size. Because my vehicle has a proprietary clip, their stock was quite low so I didn't have many options, and they didn't have a blade for the passengers side.
