Had starter I needed in stock.
I went into the store to do a warranty exchange on a broken part. I was prepared with the part and my online order already pulled up on advance site. The lady was very rude and told me she couldn't exchange it I had to go to the store where I originally purchased it. I tried telling her it was originally an online order and showed her this. She just kept saying how advance had lost so much money in returns and she couldn't do it.
