Just tried to return a part that I didn't need to the person that actually sold it to me! He had the audacity to tell me that I didn't buy the part from their company and didn't even bother to look it up on the computer. At least they treat you like a human being at Auto Zone.
i will never walk in the doors of this place again. ignored right to my face. understand how this works. i am treated poorly and i will tell people of my experience. as a small business you might think your employees would be less disrespectful .
