Silvana C was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me with a return that was a little more complicated than usual. She was incredibly kind, patient, and willing to work with me to find a solution, which saved me a huge inconvenience. Her customer service truly stood out, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers. I really appreciate the effort she put in to make the process as easy as possible for me. Advance Auto Parts is lucky to have her. Thank you so much, Silvana!
We had gone to Autozone to buy something and the customer service there is horrible, never going back. But thank you to Anthony for treating us with such care and patience.
Came for windshield wipers and they installed them. Tried to give him a tip and he said just write a review 🫡. Great service and character.
