I have to say, although I was frustrated at first, the manager truly took one for the team, and I am so incredibly grateful. I needed a new battery, and of course, Florida being Florida, it was pouring rain! But out of pure kindness, he stood out in the rain with my fiancé and me, holding umbrellas over him while we worked to get the battery in.
