Worst return policy when you buy something online. 24hours before your can return. What happens when you buy the wrong size and need to return it faster??? Well you have to wait. Then you are without whAt you need to get your car going again. Horrible. I will return my item 24 hours from the time purchased it and go somewhere else to buy.
What a horrible experience for my husband! Went to have a battery replaced with warranty. Well...we don't do that anymore from the supposed manager! To add insult to injury he cross threaded the bolt/nut that holds battery in. Walked away and the hubby said this is not in right...look I can shake it moves. So..he tried to jerry rig it with tools that were not meant to do this job! So he gives my husband a card to a mechanic for Monday! Hello...he works I have appointments on Monday!!!!! Went in to buy a battery yesterday. Started switching it out in the parking lot and asked one of the employees if he knew how to disconnect the positive power cable thinking it needed some kind of terminal puller. Instead the employee breaks out a huge screw driver and starts cranking on the cable. Completely snapped the factory cable harness from the terminal and walked away once he realized there was no jerry rigging in the world that was going to fix this. James is a great member of their team. I had a severely corroded battery and he has spent the past 10 minutes cleaning the terminals and installing my new battery. Thank you for talking care of our van!
Battery problem handled courteously and professionally by Asst Mgr, Tom !! He also recommended a Headlight Restorer that worked very well !! Than You !!!
