My car battery went out on me today. I work in real estate and I depend on my car in order to business. I stopped by on the way home, which happened to be in the pouring rain, I might add. The young lady(Randa) came out to my car, tested my battery, and made a recommendation that it probably should be changed. She then went back into the store, grabbed her tools and proceeded to head back out into the rain and begin changing my battery.
