I went in today because a battery I bought there almost 3 years ago stopped working. It had a 3 year warranty. Nathan waited on me. He was very nice. He tested the battery and saw it was not working, looked it up on the computer and got another battery and replaced it. It was so easy for me. I would definitely recommend them for replacement batteries.
I stopped by for the first time and had the pleasure of working with AJ. He was incredibly kind, genuine, helpful, and easy to talk to. It was such a refreshing experience. Thanks to his excellent customer service, this will definitely be my new go-to store!
Easy to order online and my item was ready for pickup within 30 minutes. The store associate and the store itself were very nice and were waiting for me. Great experience.
