It was barely sprinkling after a big rain and I limped my truck to the store because I didn't know the problem. Not sure who the guy was working but he didn't scan my truck for codes because "it was raining out and he didn't want to get wet and then have to work the rest of the night." It was around 8pm on July 7th and they close at 10. So, he couldn't get a couple sprinkles on him and work 2 hours in the store afterward. Pouring rain and I needed a headlight bulb replaced. Brian stood in the rain and changed the bulb for me while I sat in the car. I greatly appreciate the customer service there and will return when I need other parts.
