The Mgr. Robert V at the Cedar Park, Tx store at 1902 N. Bell provided excellent customer service. He tested my Battery, Alternator, and Starter for free. Turned out I needed a new battery and he changed it for free. Very satisified with the service. Robert saved me the cost of having to go the dealer or a private shop. Thanks Robert.
I had a really good experience again at Advanced Auto Parts Cedar Park. Todd was so helpful when I called regarding a dead battery in my car. I brought the car in and they tested it. Bad battery. So they replaced it free of charge (still had two months on warranty.) Such great customer service and friendly staff.
