No old oil/ filter recycling here ,,, she stated they have no oil recycling tank,drove to Sheldon store where he stated, we don’t recycle oil filters we just pour your old oil out & give back the Castrol container back,, WTH is your recycling policies .🤨
I came in during because my windshield wiper broke off on a raining day. Thankfully I was able to make it here and they gladly helped me and installed it during the rain.
Worst customer service I’ve experienced at an auto parts store. The manager, Luna, was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. Her lack of professionalism and poor attitude made what should have been a simple visit frustrating. A manager should lead by example, but this individual did the exact opposite. I will be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this location to anyone expecting courteous or knowledgeable service.
I had a great experience today. I was helped by a young lady named Aluna, and her manager Juan. Both of them had exceptional customer service and were very informative. They went above and beyond with my sale. I would recommend this store to anyone. Will be back, thanks again
Employees are just plain lazy.
